HORTRAME IPS Alignment v1.0.0 — Recursive Causal Governance Explorer

The executable research model treats a realized output as the atomic alignment observation, a causal trajectory as the system-level object, and audit/gate outputs as events inside the same network. Evolution is constitutive: every realized recursive input alters modeled state; response-model learning is one optional adaptive mechanism inside that evolution. Vow 5 audits whether that evolution is adaptive, calibrated, and non-destructive; it does not bolt “learning” onto an otherwise static system.
