Elessar: Governed Epistemethic Construction

Epistemethic Layer for Enduring System State, Authority & Reconciliation (Elessar)
A HORTRAME Systems research architecture for knowledge provenance, authority, and correction in AI agents and multi-agent systems.HORTRAME’s owner dates the name’s emergence to September 23, 2026; this expanded description was published September 25, 2026.

A proposed general Model retains FRAME, six typed registers, Purpose, Method, Conduct, Integrity and Evolution, then adds a bounded typed-record path from source state through support closure to output warrant and correction. Synthetic examples trace how disclosed source defects can change the label attached to an output.

The displayed structure is a directed, labeled, attributed multigraph. Its All records view holds 146 source-linked nodes and 371 individually identified edges; the Model view selects 86 nodes and 218 edges. Each edge retains its direction, relation label, status and source reference, and distinct edges can connect the same ordered pair. Every view is an orbitable three-coordinate scene projected onto a canvas. Opening a nested region refines that view’s source-backed connections while preserving its underlying edges.

Layout has semantic intent, not evidential weight. Position, distance, size, and color help separate kinds of objects; they do not imply conceptual importance, causal strength, confidence, or normative priority. Arrow direction expresses the displayed relation only; it does not establish evidence, causation, authority, or permission.

Candidate.5 status
This page reads the local authority-zero candidate.5 composition. Candidate.4 remains the unchanged predecessor. Candidate.5 adds a bounded application profile over existing records and exact synthetic outputs. No real-world truth oracle, source parser, intent detector, action authority, adoption, deployment, or graph advantage is established.
Record availability
The underlying conversation and construction record are retained privately.

This is a source-bound navigation view of an authority-zero research candidate. The ledger and candidate text remain the source artifacts; visual links do not establish truth, permission, adoption, or generality.
